I only had cash. I was at the till, but the staff keep running round doing an Uber eats. And there was quite one rude Staff member, I asked if she can come to the till when she was just standing there talking two guys not English rude add service and every time I order online they change my orders. I was disappointed. It’s like some really short lady. She’s rude and aggressive to customers personate, I don’t think she should be allowed to work there. She’s rude and disrespectful when you ask her to come to the till she’s just talking people Always on the phone

Ordered via Just Eat. Paid £2.50 for bread that had just one days life on it and was open at the top corner, no refund given (just eat wouldn't either) Daylight robbery. Will never buy from them again.

Very poor service. Everytime I go in there the staff are too busy with deliveroo. There is never no one on the till you have to walk around the shop trying to find them. If they would stop talking to each other on the earpieces and microphones like it's a social club then maybe they wouldn't keep getting robbed so much. I have witnessed three times people walking out with basket fulls of shopping and the staff have done nothing about it.

The store was well stocked in the current climate. I was served by an extremely rude male cashier at about 4.30pm yesterday. He ignored me when I spoke directly to him and had the cheek to smirk when I repeated my question while still refusing to acknowledge or answer me. This was the worst service I have ever experienced and will never shop at the Co-Op again.

Popped in here for few essentials. Clean, well stocked shop. Got what I needed, one item was even reduced. Took advantage of weekly offers. Well worth becoming a member. Saved a trip to large supermarket.

Very friendly polite staff. Shelves fully stocked, not very often do you see gaps on the shelves. Yes it's a very nice place to shop. Highly recommend it.

Expired item in store I bought this muller light strawberry ? and I opened the thing even half way I ate it then obviously I noticed the day was expired 13 days ago I’ve got the picture and even I shared that with the store manager tooo

This is a brand new co-op store. There is parking at the back. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers. Frozen food also sold. Baked in store treats, savouries.

Wines, beers, spirits, also sold.
There is also a cash point in store as well as self service tills.
