Decent shop. I come here when I visit the area. I've found the staff alright and the selection is okay. The shop is improved since it stopped being a Costcutter. However, eventually you are going to want to go to a supermarket (this is true of all of the corner shops in Longford, but there are places with a better standard of this kind of shop, where one wouldn't be forced into a big store so quickly).

Some of the other reviews are a concern, however. It would be nice to see the owner respond to some of these.

Always busy as they have a good selection of products from food, drinks to home products. Also now do heated tobacco which is an upcoming trend.
Only disappointment is prices are missing on many items, especially the world foods & meats. Nobody available to ask, so went elsewhere for that.

Dear business owner,

Some of your staff urgently require training on how to handle customers.

My toddlers and I have been wrongly accused of stealing and I won't take this likely. I have never been this humiliated and no innocent mother and kids should ever suffer this again.

I asked to speak with the business owner to resolve things and they said to me you are dead in a very barbaric manner- clearly lacking business acumen to resolve conflicts.

I know you can see this, please put your staff tp order. I will be taking this up with the authorities and must be shown where and how these three acts of stealing took place.

Great selection of foods, the only place in Coventry ibcan get my mushroom crisps at a reasonable price. Always feel welcome when I visit, this is how a shop should be ran

Three bottles of milk we have had so far that have been in date but gone off, obviously not being stored properly. Also have a coworker who has had two bottles of gone off milk from here.
