Legends! I ordered some EBC Redstuff pads, they contacted me stating the rear pads was out of stock. Therefore they upgraded me to EBC Yellowstuff free of charge. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I will be using A&E Motorsport again, nice to know they’re a local company.

This 5 star review is a genuine 5 star! Even though I didn’t actually fit the radiator it was good quality and exactly as expected. Only reason I did not fit the new radiator was because I found out I have an upgraded one that wasn’t leaking and I ordered a standard st radiator. So here comes the best bit. I sent the radiator back and used evri as my delivery service. Evri delivered the radiator to the wrong address and now I have to make a claim. A&E motorsport have been brilliant and the communication has been above expectations l. They have gone far beyond what I expected and helped me out a lot and gave me all the guidance I need. I will definitely be using a recommending this company in the future!

Honestly my worst experience dealing with any company.
I purchased a cambelt and water pump. the mechanics installed the cambelt and water pump then noticed the waterpump was faulty and leaking coolant instantly. The garage called me to ask if they wanted to get a replacement water pump as they needed the car to not be immobile and stuck in the workshop. I also needed the car back on the road as soon as possible due to needing it to and from work. So unfortunately I couldn’t give them the time to amend the part. Unfortunately for me aswell I’ve now been charged for 2 water pumps and labour twice due to them having to remove the faulty one they provided. They advertised “genuine ford parts” as you can see in the pictures they are definitely not genuine! They tried to offer me £40 refund because I kept the cambelt fitted, due to the mechanics not wanting to increase the chances of something going wrong…so not only have I lost money they then proceeded to literally mock me by offering me £40. I will be taking this further as what was meant to be a simple service turned into an absolute shamble! Also when discussed with them they were so rude and had no willingness to rectify their error! Lucky for them I can’t give them a 0/5 star review because that’s what they would be getting!

Clutch slipping - Focus ST 225 stock map

I have purchased a 3 pieces Clutch and Flywheel back in May 2022. The parts were fitted in July 2022. In the entire year of 2022 I did under 3000miles so the new clutch may have done less than 1000mils as early on I did a trip to Scotland around February.

The clutch has started slipping and I am not getting a response from the company via eBay, email or phone call.

I post the same on social media and forums. I cannot recommend this company.

The only place on ebay i can find that sells full servicing kits for my Focus ST.. have used twice now and will keep on doing so. Reasonably priced and fast delivery. Cheers guys ?

Brought a set of 5 door dna lights which I had to wait months for them to come into the UK, after I finally receive them I fitted them and got a couple of months use out of them then they developed a fault so contacted a&e motors to tell them and the service has been so slow and stopped responding.
