This merchant hacked my debit card last week!! I've never done business with them, never even knew they existed until I got the pending alert from my bank!!

Ordered 2 vests aged 6 to 12 months which are absolutely gigantic they fit my 5 year old! The company were not interested in helping me. Simply offered a return as a gesture of goodwill despite the p and p costing a lot in comparison to the item's value. Considering they have apparently sold over 200 in 30 days a replacement as a gesture of goodwill wouldn't have gone amiss! Jamie sent relentless emails about measurements and despite confirming these with photos as evidence no replacement offered. Poor customer service and poor product!

Further to Jamie's response dated 9th January 2020 this is a complete fabrication! I opened a claim with ebay but was only offered a refund on the basis of returning the item which was not worth the cost of postage or packaging. The item was not reviewed by ebay nor did ebay deem it was stretched. This is complete fabrication and I welcome you to prove this because it is completely untrue. The item was measured by myself on your request and measured according to the garment you sell in that size! My complaint was regarding how ridiculously large it was. You confirmed in writing that the measurements were a true reflection of this size garment you sell in this size. You are disingenuine and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this company based on their unprofessionalism.
