Beware bought a shower screen which was faulty and looked like seconds. I contacted customer service to show them a video of the quality. In addition the 2 holes and screws supplied would have made impossible to hold the heavy glass screen onto the bracket. They would not accept it's return so I had no choice but to do the best with it - I had insert 2 more holes and more screws to secure the screen. False economy to save 10 quid or so compared to high street retailer. Give online retailers a bad name - avoid!

Bought a sink from this company for £4-500 (which they have now put up to £1000). It’s a gold, underhung sink and a half which was suppose to have a scratch resistant surface. After less than a months use the gold surface started to scratch and company won’t refund unless we spend hundreds of pounds pulling our kitchen back apart to spend more sending them the sink back.

Probably should have noted the multiple 1 star reviews before buying. Steer clear where you can. A bit scammy.

Bought 3 taps from TradeTaps which were priced competitively. However, was sent 2 out of 3 taps, had an email saying it would be fulfilled within a month, 2 months later still nothing (not even an apology - I had to ring). Not great. Especially as the website doesn't say if an item is out of stock.

Would pay more and go elsewhere.

For some reason I had to deal with both the retailer and their supplier, in total i called the retailer 8 times, and the supplier 6. I arranged delivery for the Monday, and it did not arrive, I rearranged for Wednesday and it did not arrive. Everytime I called I was assured that my delivery was on it's way.

Absolutely shocking customer service, rarely do a write a negative review, but when I stay at home twice for nothing, it warrants it.

I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere!

Dreadful delivery. Company states next day delivery, product was not dispatched until day after then took four days and constant chasing to arrive. Too much hassle to deal with. Recommend going elsewhere for your items that wont turn up when stated!
