Needed a specific horse bedding for my gerbils (Aubiose) staff were very friendly and helpful both on the phone (rang to check it was in stock) and in person when I made my purchase. I didn’t realise they sold so much other stuff! I will definitely return.

Usually great service, but on Coronation Sunday, even after I checked their web site which said they were open, they were closed!, Best give them a ring if you intend going there on a Bank Holiday weekend
