A friend's 40th birthday party held at this venue . All I can say is brilliant , had it's own bar , good prices , nicely appointed , stage for group or disco , dance floor , clean toilets . What more from a village hall brilliant .

Beautiful hall that's well maintained and easy to access. Steps in front and easy wheelchair access in the rear. 2 Full size snooker tables, what more could anybody want?

Nice little hall. Spoiled by being very boring. I have never knowen such an unwelcoming area to outsiders. Very curious why several reviews suggesting the hall should be a little more welcoming to outsiders and perhaps to people from other cultures was removed. Presumably reported by annoyed locals. Outsiders are treated as outsiders and i should know. I would like to see the hall being more welcoming to outsiders. And as has been said before perhaps there could be more effort to do so . Perhaps a venue related to other cultures. Some of us were glad when development was passed this year for new houses in the village. It will bring outsiders in which is needed and we hope will bring new life to the the hall. Please make the hall more intresting. If this review is removed then the screen shot I have taken will be passed to the council and a complaint will be made becouse reporting reviews that asks for places to be more inclusive is shocking. Now please be a little more welcoming to outsiders for goodness sake.

It seems someone has reported a previous review posted here. So i shall reiterate the basics. There should be more of an effort to welcome and cater for people from other cultures. Get the feeling you have to fit in to be welcome, by fit in i meen be a synthetic bumpkin who wants to talk about petty local issues and claim to be better than everyone else. To all you who feel the need to report this review, the world is bigger than Goxhill, you should be more welcoming to outsiders and broaden your minds. Google, please do not let disgruntled foke make you remove this review.

Incredibly boring and unsophisticated. Advice, one would be wise to realise the world is bigger than Goxhill. Would be nice to see some kind of effort to welcome people from ethnic minority's and other cultures to the hall. PS Thanks so much to the council for passing planning for the new houses in the area despite the Gox hill residents action groups petty complaining nonsence.

Horrible Depressing region. Pop up pub is however useful to numb the borredom of listening to monotonous conversations about what the next community petitions shall be about.
