Can’t even bring themselves to say hello. He was halfway through finding my parcel in his disorganised shop when the Yodel man came to do his daily collection. The shopkeeper started to speak with the yodel man, which was a surprise as I believed he may have been mute, turns out just rude to his customers. After a few minutes of speaking to the yodel man about a missing parcel, I asked him to continue looking for mine. I was snapped at and was told to “wait!” He was reminded that he missed the “please” which unsurprisingly had no effect on improving his manners. My dog is more polite than this man, and he sometimes defecates outside people houses.

Very very rude and unhelpful. Take Yodel parcels but only when they feel like it and won't take then certain times or more than 2. They never speak to you as always on the phone or stacking shelves and ignore your even there. Yodel need to stop them taking parcels and let someone else in the area take them who actually help.
