I've ordered a couple of times now from their online shop (I live all the way down south sadly!) and it's always without fail a super quick dispatch, quick arrival, and wonderful yarn. Orders also always include a thoughtful handwritten message. The selection is great and always makes me excited to try out new and different yarns, I wish I could visit in person (and maybe one day I will!) but until then Fine Fettle Fibres will always be my first stop to check for yarn when starting a new project 🙂

One of my favourite yarn shops. It’s beautiful, and they have some really awesome yarns and samples. Worth going out of your way for, especially as there are also some lovely shops in the same building too. And a bakery down the road.

Fantastic service from Judith, the owner of this yarn shop. My wife placed an order at 10.23 yesterday and it was delivered by post 12.05 today. I’m glad we don’t live closer!!! I would be bankrupt!!
My wife tells me this is a really superb shop, fantastic selection of yarns, patterns, needles etc. and very friendly advice and guidance. If we’re anywhere in the area, we have to visit and the result is a very contented wife. What more does a fella want?

5 stars even with a power cut. Has to be good. The choice, it's amazing. Like a kid in a candy shop being told, anything you want, get it. Then the big question, where to start. Have a wee before you go in, then take your time. It's heaven.

What a magical place! Beautiful yarns and all the accessories you could want along with a large selection of books. I wish I'd had more time as I was invited to browse at my leisure, I could have spent much longer perusing the best selection of yarn I've seen. Well worth a visit.
