This is a lovely shop - been buying the handbags for years for myself and my daughter-in-law. Also recommended to friends who love this shop. Keep stocking the leather handbags please. Staff/Owner always friendly.

Great little shop , called in yesterday and bought a lovely leather handbag and several scarves. The shop is well stocked , competitive prices to suit every pocket. Really welcoming owners who give super customer service . A gem of a place .

Steps to get in, so difficult with a pram, but plenty of room inside to move around.

Last week my husband and I visited Grays to do some early Christmas shopping. We have shopped at Grays before and have always been delighted with the experience. This has become our favourite “gift” destination.
This last shopping trip was made extra special by the amazing owners and staff. I mentioned that we were in for early Christmas shopping and, to my joy and delight, the Christmas music was put on especially for the purpose. We chose our gifts which were lovingly wrapped and beautifully presented, and on exiting I to the idyllic high street, my husband commented that the only thing missing was a light sprinkling of snow! I want to thank everyone at Grays for this lovely experience. The shop is stocked with a gorgeous selection of accessories, stylish staff and the customer care is exceptional. If you are looking for a good old fashioned shopping experience go to Grays.

I received my online order this morning from Grays and I can say that I am ‘Over the Moon’ ❤️ each scarf was beautifully packaged with a little post it note about the contents so I don’t need to unwrap to see what’s what, very thoughtful!!
