Ordered a training lead last Sunday evening and it was delivered the following Saturday, yesterday. I was expecting an excellent product and that’s precisely what you delivered. After searching all over the internet for a good quality, British-made leather belt that wasn't ridiculously expensive, I came across Awl by Hand. The belt arrived today and I am delighted with it. Beautiful collar, hand made, delivered 9 days after order placed. Even better than the pictures and my dog was very happy in it straight away, and she can be quite fussy. The sizing guide was very helpful and meant I didn't need to contact the vendor. Very easy and seamless, would recommend and order again.

Havana leather collar with brass fittings

Beautiful new collar for Roo! The quality is superb and fits him perfectly- I've been looking all over for a quality collar and none have come close to this. The smell of bridle leather is just divine. Delivered really promptly and reasonably priced. Thank you Awl by Hand I'm really happy with the collar, instructions and little pot of care product.

I recently bought a collar and lead set for my little Border terrier x JRT, and could not recommend Awl by Hand highly enough. Absolutely superb customer service; Lyndsay was so helpful from start to finish. Great communications and very helpful suggestions - we made some changes to the standard design to make sure it wouldn't be too bulky for a small dog. The end result is absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I wanted: beautiful craftmanship, super quality materials and it looks great on my wee girl. Very reasonable price for the quality hand made product, and arrived quickly too. Thank you Lyndsay!
