I recently had an unfortunate shopping experience at the boss store that left me extremely disappointed. The behavior and attitude of the staff were unacceptably rude and unprofessional. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with a lack of courtesy and respect.

The service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Moreover, they made a grave mistake in the billing process. I purchased five items, but they charged me for six. When I brought this to their attention, they not only failed to apologize but also showed little remorse for their error.

To make matters worse, the store manager seemed indifferent to the situation and showed no willingness to address the issues with the employees' behavior and the billing error. This lack of accountability and support from the management is disheartening and reflects poorly on the overall store culture.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect when shopping at any establishment. Sadly, this experience was far from what I had anticipated, and it has left a lasting negative impression. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to improve the quality of service and employee conduct.

He was incredibly knowledgeable on a range of products and helped me pick my birthday suit perfectly. I will certainly be looking for him again next time!

Just wanted to share my experience of visiting Hugo Boss Freeport Braintree today. The shop was very busy but I have to say the customer care was exceptional. I couldn't decide on what top to buy, I was helped by a member of staff, a lady I didn't get the name of, but she had blonde hair and was around 5ft 6 ish. She couldn't do enough to assist and help me. She went above and beyond, outstanding. I hope she gets this feedback. She could teach a lot of other shop assistants how to look after their customers. Very helpful staff. Some good discounts on items. Best for jeans and polos, rest of stock is a bit hit n miss
