I went into the Braintree store Friday 5th July after 5pm looking for a suitcase for my holiday the following weekend. The one I liked wasn't available in store but Brad checked the virtual store and helped me with the order. He said it should arrive by Thursday but it arrived today Tuesday 9th. The service I received from Brad was fabulous - Thank you

Really lovely quality leather bags & purses with a multitude of colours. Staff are really polite and helpful. Disabled access, prices are a little on the high side, but you have to accept that if you want quality. My wife would definitely recommend this store.

I picked up my handbag this morning after it had been repaired which I was very pleased with. When I asked where my cover for the
bag was they said the repairers did not return it. The lady who was serving me asked the young assistant to find a replacement cover bag. When she returned with the cover she just threw it on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. In this day and age it is not the sort of customer service you would expect after all manners cost nothing. I am a repeat customer but after this experience I shall be shopping elsewhere.

I have visited this shop on many occasions and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their stock. They have a fantastic range of products available. The store is well-ordered and with plenty of space for comfortably browsing. It's always a pleasure to visit and spend money!

Bought a lovely travel wallet as a Birthday gift, items are always well made and beautifully wrapped! Staff are well trained and helpful... just such a pity all the prices are hidden so takes ages to establish options within ones budget... can't shop in any rush so not sure I can visit again!

Staff pounce as soon as you enter store advising on latest offers. Best to check online for latest prices as often cheaper than in store.
