Myself and my husband, joined by friends had a lovely experience making Gin at Goosnargh Gin today. The distillery was warm and welcoming. There were six of us in the class which was lead by Rich, the owner. He was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable. When coming to choose our own ingredients he recommended which botanicals would work best together. He was on hand to help step by step of the process of making our own unique Gin. We are just having a glass of my husbands which he called ‘Dave’s Deadly Dose’ and it’s lovely!!! Thanks again Rich.

I booked a half day gin experience for myself and my partner as a Christmas gift ?. We received a lovely warm welcome from Richard who was so engaging and full of knowledge. He explained every detail of the process and helped guide us through how to create our own gins from scratch. The whole Experience was just BRILLIANT ?. I cannot recommend the experience enough and the cake from Mrs Kirkhams was a lovely touch. Thank you 🙂

My wife & I were gifted a half-day Gin School experience at Goosnargh Gin by a friend and It was absolutely fantastic. Richard was very welcoming and guided us through the whole process expertly. It gave us a brilliant insight into the Small Batch distilling process. We created and distilled our own bottles of gin using a wide variety of botanicals. Science & Alcohol…fantastic. Lovely Cake from Mrs Kirkham’s as well..so nice we went and bought some from Mrs Kirkhams straight afterwards along with some cheeses! All in all, if you like Gin and like a bit of science then I would thoroughly recommend Goosnargh Gin. Thank you Richard

The gin making session is a first class experience led by the charming, interesting and extremely knowledgeable owners. We also had a lot of fun formulating our gins in stills from a wide range of botanicals, with expert advice on hand to help when necessary. Definitely 5 stars - would give more if I could!

My boyfriend and I attended the gin school with Richard having fallen in love with the Signature Gin (try it if you haven’t already!!).
The afternoon was a nice balance of information and teaching as well as relaxation and fun.
If anyone is looking for an amazing afternoon out in a beautiful location then this is it.
We each came away with our own bottles of gin that we had made ourselves (choosing all our own botanicals with the guidance of Rich) and we are now looking to order our next bottles of our very own gin to have back on our shelves!!

We had a wonderful afternoon at Goosnargh Gin. Rich was a great host, who explained clearly how gin was distilled and helped us through the fun and entertaining process of distilling our own gin. Soft drinks, tea, coffee and cake were also served, and at the end, we were able to try our gins with a selection of tonics.
The experience ran over, which no one minded, and we all went home with our own gin, very happy.
Would highly recommend this experience. We were 3 adults, myself, and adult son Robert, who bought this experience for my husband/ Robert's dad.
Lovely way to spend an afternoon. ❤️ The groups are just 6 people, so it was intimate as well as fun.

We had the most wonderful afternoon creating our own gin. Rich you are a great teacher, adding fun and laughter to the lesson. We enjoyed the session so much and how fabulous that we came away with our own great tasting gin after meeting such a lovely group of people.

My friend and I had the BEST day on the foraging and gin making day. It was fantastic from start to finish. Ade was absolutely amazing, his foraging session was fun and super informative. I learnt SO much! Then we went on to eat a wonderful delicious lunch with all local ingredients. And THEN it was time to make the gin with Rich. Rich was incredible, too. So knowledgeable and passionate about what he wants his business to do. He helped up all to make a fabulous bottle of gin! It was all amazing, totally worth the money and I'd 100% recommend the experience to anyone.
