The Goring Saco team (Ash, Lorraine and Luke) were the hair stylists for my wedding in March 2024. They did a beautiful job of bride and bridal party hair, the results were incredible. As an existing client and following my bridal trial session, I knew my hair was in safe hands going into the morning of my special day.

I started the journey of planning my hair a year before the wedding, as I knew I wanted to grow it (starting from a short bob), change the colour, and have an up do but wasn’t sure exactly what style to go for at the time.

Lorraine changed my hair colour from copper, back to my natural colour over the course of a few months. Her years of experience made that possible as every hair reacts different to colour and no colour change is an easy task.

Ash talked me through different up do style options, and gave me her advice based on my dress etc for a finished look that tied everything together. I was so pleased and very excited, but on the morning I was blown away! I decided on a slick back bun which takes a lot of skill to achieve a clean and perfect finished and that is exactly what they did.
The bridesmaids and MOB looked stunning as well and their final looks all came together perfectly.

The whole morning went so smoothly and I was very relaxed which is exactly what you need the morning of your wedding. Highly recommend for wedding hair! Their combined experience and passion for making you look and feel beautiful is what every bride deserves.

I've lived in this area more than 20 years and had almost given up hope of finding a hairdresser who knows how to work with curly hair. I like my curls and don't want to straighten, flatten or tame them. On my first visit, Dale listened to what I wanted and then gave me a great cut and finish. On the second visit we discussed some minor changes and made adjustments which worked even better. As someone who is prone to allergies, I also appreciated their range of organic shampoo and conditioner. I will now be a regular visitor.

At last!! After over 50 years and hundreds of hair appointments, I have left a hair salon after having my hair cut and dried without feeling depressed, rushing home and going straight into the shower to wash my hair! Dale is absolutely brilliant! He really listened to what I said, looked at me and restyled my hair beautifully. The best haircut I have ever had. When I told him that I never blow dry my hair, he took it all on board and rough dried it for me as I always do. I have had more compliments than I have ever had for my hair. For the first time ever, I am looking forward to my next hair appointment, which will of course be, at Saco with Dale. I cannot recommend Saco highly enough. Thank you.

Exactly as previous reviewer except my stylist was Loz. She listened to my many, many hair issues, spent time telling me options and making a plan and did a fantastic job. I’m delighted with my haircut - the condition is great, as well as the style. I can’t wait to go back for a colour!
