Extremely rude lady behind the counter who just wanted an argument with me. She made it very clear I wasn't welcome to use their evri return service. I kept deflecting and not rising to her remarks but she persistently wanted to antagonise me to the point I left and went somewhere else. I will not be back and will be sure to tell family and friends. It's a shame as we have just moved to the area and would of regularly used this store.
I jumped in the car and went to Paddock Wood newsagents and had absolutely no issues at all.

Just went to return a parcel through Amazon, haven’t even got through the door and I get told by the shop worker ‘post office is shut get out’ extremely rude and could have been put in a nicer way. Will not be returning!

typical expensive and slightly run down convenience store, but a necessity for locals so use it or lose it !
