Grossly Overcharge, and they never give out receipts I bought an A5E jiffy bag and they charged £4.49 for this (you can buy 100 for - little over £11 online), I bought a bottle of cooking wine on another occasion and the price as shown on the self was not what was charged (overcharged by about 50p), as they do not give out receipts they seem to be totally unaccountable. They also had one day someone covering who had a very bad cough (post covid) and coughed onto my purchases and was not wearing a facemask, he did not bother to cover his mouth or even apologise. I’ve heard a customer ahead of me in the queue shout ‘How much?’ and the. comment that this ‘wasn’t M&S’!

Very disappointing customer service. My parcel went missing and the shop keeper was rude, when I politely asked to double check it . It has been scanned by yodel as delivered to the store. Instead of trying to help, I was hand gestured to move out of the way so the next customer can be served. I walked out upset and shaken. Cannot believe people speak to others, tge way I was spoken to. Won't shop there again. Strongly advise to avoid it.

Selling counterfiet bottles of prime!! Making out they are the real thing ! And selling each bottle for £12!!! When i realised i had brought and drunk a fake bottle from them they rudely refused a refund!! Disgusting customer service, fake goods and foul mouthed boss!!! Shop there at your peril!!!
