Went to go fill up with fuel & it was closed well before 9pm had to turn bck round & go to a different petrol station. Very disappointed

RUDE RUDE & RUDE
My Apple Pay failed to work on my phone today so was left in an embarrassing situation. The lady who served me first, who was clearly new to her job, was absolutely lovely and understanding but the middle aged grey haired lady who was supposed to be the supervisor was the most un-helpful, obnoxious and rude person I’ve ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. She did not want to help at all and made an embarrassing situation much worse by being super difficult herself. Thankfully, the patient lady who originally served me, managed to put a payment through with a little patience and understanding once I had rang my wife for my card details.
A mixed review I guess but not a good example of customer service is being set to her colleagues.

I will start by saying I would not give this garage even 1 star as of today, I went to the garage which is a 10 minute walk to get a few things as I normally do I did take my small dog in my arms into the garage, picked up a few items and went towards the till ready to pay ,I visit this garage often for food when I'm home alone as I don't drive to be told dogs are not allowed in there so I put my items back and walked outside, the lady was rude and I was carrying the mini poodle, guess they don't need my custom or my husbands when he is able to drive and fills his car up 100 pound a time because now they have lost custom from us and by the sounds of reviews more people, we will now go elsewhere , this lady needs some customer service training.

What a shame that a conveniently located petrol station is let down by poor customer service. I've used the site on several occasions and staff seem uninterested, politeness cost nothing but makes for a pleasant visit. The shop has a good product selection although pricing is not competitive. Please read and act on customer feedback.

Costa coffee, great hot food, tango ice blast, F’real milkshakes and smoothies. Wide range of sandwiches, pies and pasties. Well stocked wide range of products good prices .alcohol range too!
Great price for petrol.

Avoid Avoid Avoid the three elderly witches that work here are very rude have no idea what customer service is and are very quick to judge you and implie that you are a thief and when they realise they are TOTALLY IN THE WRONG they don't have the common decency to apologise
