Remember woolies? This is now my go to place for those silly bits and pieces you cannot get elsewhere (except amazon of course). It stocks all sorts of stuff and tends to be cheap.....not the ace for a tool you want to use forever but ideal for those one off thing

Went into this store to buy some fake flowers. The price written on their container said I could get a bunch for £3. I only wanted yellow so I picked up the bunch and went in to pay for them among other items.
When I got to the counter I was charged £9 (£1 per flower). I asked the shop owner why he charged me that much and he smiled and held up one single flower and said “this is a bunch”. I was very annoyed but needed the flowers for a time sensitive project and there weren’t any other stores nearby with fake flowers open at the time.

Truly disappointed by this encounter especially in such a lovely place like Glossop. I won’t be returning.
