Probably the worst b and q I’ve ever been too.
Ordered some paint in which was “available for click and collect by 1pm next day”.
Arrived to collect only to be told that it was a generic text and their deliveries are inconsistent, might be here tomorrow.
Absolute joke, complete waste of time and a journey.

Very unhelpful, had to ask a Customer in the shop to help me
No staff to be found in store, I asked one of the cashiers who asked a colleague on her headset but couldn't physically show me where the product was
This is not the first time this has happened, amazed they are still in business
Last time I shop in this store!!!!!!

Didn't have what we wanted and felt like a pretty reasonable thing to need. Got it from Wickes instead. Even the things we didn't need were over priced in here vs wickes.

Store was fine and customer service was OK no issue just product selection was minimal.

On a busy day, it is a mission to park outside this b&q - the store doesn't appear to be that large compared to others (at least it appears so) and it always feels a little unkept...

Its the sort of size that you pop in to whilst in area as opposed to planning to go to from further afield...!

Lovely hardware store, right inside braintree village. Stopped by to pick up a few finishing touches for our flooring. It was easily accessible and had all the items we required. In some sections, items such as nails or screws weren't labelled clearly enough, so many customers had to search the shelves to find the right item. However, I was greeted by a few lovely staff members who were ready to help. I will definitely return again.

When I look back at my interactions with the B&Q designer team, I can't help but feel disappointed by the way they handled things. It seemed like their customer service was tainted by a strong dose of ego, which made them avoid giving genuine help. Instead of taking the chance to assist, they seemed to think that not helping somehow made them seem more important. This left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, as if I was left holding onto a sense of dissatisfaction that hung in the air, much like an unresolved melody in a song.
