great place but don't trust opening times on website, which led to sitting around outside waiting for it to open. Also wrong here on google. When i complained they said 'we have no control over the fairalls website' !!!!!

This was my first experience with Fairalls, after a phone call with them about what I wanted they were helpful and gave me the information I needed. I then drove to them and they sorted out what I wanted and got the parts ready for me and then loaded them into my car, they made me feel welcome and I would be more than happy to use again. Thank you Fairalls much appreciated and will be happy to recommend you.

Use this builders merchants very often, Staff always nice behind the counter, nice to deal with a builders merchants who knows what they’re doing. Always there to help. Tool selection is good they do however real you in so you go in for one thing come out with 5, ?
Materials what you need normally there 9 times out of 10 Deliveries normally 1-2 days collections the same.

Easy parking, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and a very wide selection of all manner of construction materials - well worth a visit. We were offered 3 free samples of blocks.

Great range of paving and building supplies at a great price. Third order in 6 weeks placed today through Keiryn who has been superb. He's got great knowledge and advice. I wont be going anywhere else in future!

So far not good. Awaiting delivery, asked for smallest tipper to deliver gravel. It arrived on a large truck so had to leave undelivered. I've hung on three times, 30 mins each time to speak with someone and given up. Went in to try and talk to someone, too busy chatting, so I gave up and drove home. Now attempting call number four to resolve. If the goods are good I'll update, but so far unimpressed.

UPDATE: The gravel has arrived and looks great and good value, but the start to end process was not at all easy.

I popped into buy a sample brick to match with a wall at home. A wealth of selection in bricks, stones and slabs for patio and terraces. Very helpful team of staff and good parking available.
