Awful, it's literally like a jumble sale - there's no order to anything and there's clothes all over the floor, people just throw stuff back instead of placing it... But it's also pitch black inside the store so you can't SEE anything you're picking up properly - just an awful shopping experience all around.

My partner and I walked in on sat 30/03/24 and it looked like a jumble sale. Clothes on floor and just left everywhere. Only saw three staff and two were on the till. Need to get more staff in. Looked more like primark instead of a designer store.
Lighting too dark. Couldn't see a thing!
Clothes are OK and reasonable price....what I could see of them.

Went into this store and whilst I was looking, I was kindly asked if I needed any help! When I had chosen a jumper I liked and went to the till with someone already being served in front of me, I see the same person who had previously asked me if I needed help, see me waiting and dart over to take my payment, he was extremely polite and helpful, hence why I needed to write this review. I can’t remember his name but looking at my receipt says cashier 02441391 this person goes above and beyond and I although I love the quality of the clothing, makes me want to shop here much more often. ?

Rubbish. Nothing of my size 34 34. Fine if your 5 ft tall. To dark in there. Used to be great for clothes not so much now

This is great for shopping for teenagers, it's all reasonably priced and fashionable. They could do with more changing rooms and although low lighting might be trendy it is a pain for us that are getting older to see our way around. All in all its a successful shop with a great range of clothes.

Lighting! Why is it so dark? Bizarre! You can't see the clothes properly and hard to read the price stickers, I probably would of stayed and bought something, lots of squinting customers, very odd?
