Have been a customer for years. Not the best system and looking for an alternative. There are so many issues and bugs, its unreal! Every week we encounter issues which disrupts our work and have to contact support which is not the fastest to resolve issues and only available monday to friday 9am-5pm. So if there is a major issue affecting your business outside of the support hours, there is no support which could wreck your business. I have been patient over the years and hoped that things would improve but it didnt. System got worse and more problematic. CG has gone downhill since they have been taken over by CloudCommercePro. It seems they are not developing CG anymore and trying to push customers to use cloudcommercepro which is an expensive system starting at £500 a month. CG is a waste of time and money, trust me do not bother. You have been warned!!

Tried to work with them to fix an issue with WooCommerce but they didn't really help one bit, lost us a good client in the process, thanks a bunch

We were their a royalty customer has used them almost 10 years! However they are going down we are planning to leave.
Don't go with them now, their sales is horrible, rude and only keep arguing with customer and also trying grab money from you. There are some hiden costs even you told everything you want ahead.
Their tech was good, but their main technical man seems not there now and they are strat trying to charge you every small things and also very slow, many things you need to do them yourself, hope you are very technical.
There is no way to make a complain or speak to their director/manager, they will transfer you to the guy who you are complained to and carry on arguing with you, which is a joke and unrepect the customers at all.

Ongoing issues for over 2 months with new ones keep arising. This used to be a good software but now prone to a lot of technical issues which unfortunately dont get dealt with properly and creates unnecessary problems such as overselling that we have to deal with.

I started using channel grabber appx 1 year ago and what can I say I have not looked back. The software is very simple to use has great functionality from controlling your stock for multi channels from your website to ebay and amazon and more, you can send your invoices via email at the hit of a button or even have it send them automatically when you dispatch your items. It is so simple to process all of your orders in one place and answer message in one place too. This saves me a vast amount of time each week processing orders to answering customer queries as the process is so streamline with this package. I have found the customer service exceptional any time I have had to contact them, and this for me is a big deal. As a business owner customer service is high on my agenda for my own customers so I have extremely high standards and I expect nothing less from the companies I deal with and what can I say Channel Grabber have delivered. There are more exciting things to come with this program and I would not have any hesitation in recommending Channel Grabber. If you are looking for a software program that manages your orders and stock this is the one.

There are quite a few options now for multiple channel sellers. We started out with Channel Grabber to help us manage stock across three channels. Since then we have progressed to use a larger range of the features. It certainly allows us to sell more effectively & accurately across many channels. I have also been impressed with the customer service we have received from the guys at CG. We have been using them for over a year and will continue to do so.

A fantastic piece of software and a great team to back it up . Saves me logging into to multiple sites each day and saves me hours of work per week processing orders . This package is keenly priced compared to others I looked at . I would recommend channel grabber

System not working. "fixing" more then one month and still not working integration with Amazon.
Support terrible. Answering 1 time in week.
