Great place to visit for big brands and save some money.

Plenty of parking across the road but it does have a 6 hour max parking limit. I know this is plenty of time but if you spend the day here shopping, eating and using the cinema or swimming pool, you could easily be here longer than 6 hours. So just be conscious of time.

There are disabled and parent and child spaces available. There was some building work going on in the car park today so a lot of the parent and child spaces were inaccessible but this will only be temporary.

Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the retail park side and there are a few in the village too. There are some smaller vans/cafés inside the shopping area too.

Only knocked off a star because there a quite a few empty units and it's really noticeable. Definitely needs some other shops opening up soon.

Overall it's a great place that I'd recommend any time.

May be a good break for once in a while. Small village compared to other areas. Not a lot of options and also not good discounts compared to other outlets. Biggest disappointment is the food court, it is not part of the village and need to walk outside the village near car park.

Braintree Village is a fantastic shopping destination. I spent 6 hours there with my friend, and we bought a lot of clothes. The variety of stores and great deals made for an enjoyable shopping experience. The atmosphere is lively, and the layout is convenient. recommended for a day out with friends!

This was my first visit to Braintree Village. I haven’t seen all the top brands and mid-range brand factory outlets under one roof before. If you love shopping and want to buy good brands at better prices, you need to visit Braintree. It’s open all 7 days a week. There are many top and mid-range brands like Dune London, Clarks, French Connection, Jack and Jones, Skechers, Weird Fish and many more....

Honestly, Braintree is much better than Bicester Village. In Bicester Village, there are many brands that are unaffordable, but Braintree has many options that even middle-class people can afford. I think it’s quite big as well; you need almost a full day to visit all the shops.

Food should follow shopping, so there are many restaurants as well. These restaurants will make your tummy happy. If you are driving, there is a big parking space which is free. Since it’s always busy, you might need to wait for a parking space. I strongly recommend this as a must-visit place.

Nicely laid out outlet mall. Not massive and not that many shops. Typical stores you would expect to find in a UK outlet mall.

Prices are nothing special but again not too different from what you get at any outlet mall in UK.

If you are used to shopping at outlet malls in the UK then you will be very pleased visiting. If you are used to shopping in the US then you will be quite disappointed with the prices and number of shops.

A little disappointed, there prices around the retailers were more like sales prices than outlet used to be... (eg. 8x chocolates for 4.40)

Facilities were OK, but a little smelly. Car parking was good and there are plenty of disabled spaces close to entrance.

Decent shopping mall with good brands to choose from. The free parking for 6 hours is a bonus. The customer service team prompt in answering queries. The food options weren’t particularly bad, but tolerable brands. Overall the staff in most of the shop were relaxed and friendly.
