I highly recommend Field & Falcon, very well stocked shop and Woody and Terry know their stuff! I ordered my first PCP rifle from them, and Woody took a lot of time helping me choose a scope, air tank, gun bag etc - and took me down to the exellent indoor range to try it all out. I'll definitely be going back.

I tried the indoor range today for a couple of hours, £10 per hour and ideally book in advance on the phone. The range is 30 meters long with a few varying spinner type targets and pellet catchers on tripods so these can be moved and positioned as and wherever you like. Lighting is great inside with a timed switch.

The second hour that followed was slightly spoiled by an ignorant group that came in. Their frustration of me using the middle lane when there were other benches to use, I did offer to move my things over to use the other side but they left with plenty to say and a dummy left in the car park. It’s a good job I had a good sleep last night that’s all I will say. Reminded me of a social club and sitting in one of the regulars corners ?

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer. I emailed asking about what equipment they have available for my 9 year old son regarding air rifle that I was wanting to purchase. I had a prompt reply advising to attend the shop to look at what they had to offer and to discuss. When arriving at the shop it’s in the perfect setting/location for the equipment offered. I was welcomed and offered a refreshment as soon as I entered. I was given all the information and help I needed to assist my purchase never at anytime did I feel like it was just about selling the most expensive kit to me. I spoke with woody about looking into obtaining my shotgun license and coming back to purchase a shotgun he said we can offer what you want need or if not available he could source. A great deal was given on the purchase of a .177 air rifle for my son’s Xmas present. I was also advised that lessons are offered with experienced trainers on the on-site shooting range facility’s for my son, to learn him how to get used to his gun and setting and most of all gun safety. I am definitely booking this service for him. Brilliant shop/service great people.

Having visited Field & Falcon today first time, amazing reception very knowledgeable staff. Introduced me into PCP air rifles, been using spring break barrel for years. Guys did me a fantastic deal and will defo use again. Watch out vermin.

My son and I visited Field and Falcon while on holiday in August 2024. The gentlemen were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and really took their time and patience, answering every question that my son and i asked. Woody was careful to explain and choose the correct rifle for my son, Cupid was an excellent distraction when needed and very therapeutic happy soul. Terry continued to work with Woody, to tailor what my son needed and also very Kindly took us to try the shooting range and gave my son a free session while guiding and carefully advising my son. What a fabulous team you three make!

Found this gem of a gun shop on our way through from Manchester, super friendly and helpful. As soon as we entered we were greeted with the offer of a tea or coffee now that’s customer service at its best. The shop has lots to offer and the gentleman was happy to assist my husband who wished to purchase a gun case. Offered his knowledge and even generously discounted the case he sold to my husband. We will definitely travel back to visit this amazing shop. Would highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

What a great place! Woody and Terry were both very helpful and informative, I wanted to take up shooting and was unsure what would be the best rifle for my needs, after speaking with Woody about the options available he left me to have a good look to see what felt right for me. I got chatting to Gaz a regular customer that was really friendly and also offered his advice, after picking out a Gamo coyote Gaz offered to take me out on the range to see if the rifle was good for me and it was! Woody put a full package together for me at a very good price and while he made sure everything was set for me Terry picked out some pellets best suited for my rifle and proceeded to share his vast knowledge with me. Before I left Terry offered to help me out next time I called into the range to show me some pointers and what my new rifle is capable of.
Overall what a brilliant place with friendly people willing to help you out and this is hard to come by these days, I would highly recommend visiting for all your shooting needs and any advice.

Great service and advise, used another local shop for a fill up that cost me due to his incompetence.
This place is great, well done. the advise was regarding a repair, and how it was done, very intreating to myself. Would not hesitate to use/ recommend you in the future.
