Nicer than Sutton town centre. The public toilets were clean, and whilst washing my hands, a female attendant was cleaning the sink areas. She was pleased that I acknowledged her. I was shocked no one else said thank you to her.

Amazing centre in Epsom full of shops and cafes, something for everyone.

I enjoyed walking about, it feels safe with procedures in place and security. In the current climate of the pandemic, fantastic to see how the owners have really thought about our safety while we are all out shopping.

A place to spend time in the many shops on offer, have a coffee relax and wander. It also has a car park, easy to get to from the town centre. Nice to see consumer confidence is building backup, support local, shop local.

Stay safe follow the well publicised signs to keep social distance.

Lovely shopping centre. Lots of shops and places to eat / drink.
Toilets are clean. Baby change room was clean, very big. Has a small toilet for toddlers and has a little section with a door for breastfeeding.
Car park attached, reasonable pricing.

I just have to review the Ashley centre today! I've lived in epsom 25 years and this is the first opportunity I got to enjoy shopping with a toddler at Christmas time. Oh my goodness, the entertainment was absolutely fab! We enjoyed the dancing singing toy soldiers, a juggler with awesome LED juggles and a balloon elf all in the space of just 45 minutes. My daughter loved it and so did we, what an excellent thing to do for the the kids! Thank you!
There is a virtual reality sleigh ride which looks super fun and Christmas carols and performances every day. You've really gone full out!
Apart from this particular experience, the ashley centre is always spotless clean, has wonderful baby changing facilities and helpful friendly staff 🙂

Entrances locked to gain access to car park. Had to walk up ramps in dark with children in tow, didn't feel safe at all. Would give it a zero rating if I could

Worst car park in Surrey. No lifts if you are after shopping hours and don’t expect to get out of the car park in a hurry if you are on the 1st floor or higher. The traffic lights at the exit are not phased to facilitate this, so make sure you have emergency provisions. Stay away from Epsom at all costs.
