I can't recommend Fudges highly enough. First class service and very professional and friendly staff. I was going to order two e-bikes online. They would have been slightly cheaper. However, having gone into the shop in Epsom, it was a total no - brainer to order from them. We have both had a couple of minor issues with our bikes. Each time we have popped in the shop the issues have been resolved immediately. For the sake of a few quid, don't order from an online company, go to Fudges. You won't regret it..

Got a puncture close by the shop but had lost my Allen key, popped in and asked if they could change my inner tube. Fortunately Stefan very kindly lent me the tools to fix it myself and gave me a few tricks to speed up the process. All round very helpful staff and saved me some money too!

Big thanks to Stefan and would highly recommend!

Great shop and staff are really experienced and knowledgeable!
A couple of weeks ago we bought 2 E-bikes, both by specialized, I took one out for a test ride back in November
And the staff were so friendly! After taking there time with us and making sure we were buying what we wanted with expert advice from them, the bikes have been brilliant, won't get back on my normal mountain bike!

I came in with a problematic front-derailleur. After a few attempts at fixing and adjusting it, and a few trial runs and an adjuster screw fitted, it was working exceptionally well for its age (around 16 years years of age).

I would recommend these fine gentleman for their to-the-point service!

I popped into this store this lunchtime for a small part that I had lost from my bike, the amazing and friendly staff sorted me out straight away. Really pleasant interaction, if only all consumer interactions could be this straightforward and pleasant. Would highly recommend this shop.

Skilled, experienced and accommodating staff. As well as getting great value it's satisfying to know that your supporting a local business rather than the likes of Halfords.
Took my Merida in this afternoon for it's initial service, no need to book, half an hour later all done.
