They pirced my ear in last year october, was still painfull until today, i went in sutton accesorize they did say they don't do that hole, i went back in epsom because i called them and they guy said on the phone come back we can help. I went back today they said this is normal, my ear doesn't like it..Full confusing ? and i have pain. Definitely they are not professional ear pircer! Very careful who going there ..

Nice shop and nice clothes always, but a bit worried about purchasing garments, as the sales assistant often says you cannot get your money back.

I had my second lobe pierced today by a very nice employee called Imane. She was very helpful, very thorough and said if I had any problems, I could try find her in store. She's super friendly and definitely has experience under her belt. If I plan to have another piercing, I would go again!
