We are a small organisation with limited IT expertise and were faced, in 2018, with the loss of support for our web site following a reorganisation at our existing designers.
We contacted Sam Hollis Web Design Ltd., who quickly created a new site using Word Press, combining all the information from our old website with a new, more up to date, look and feel. Further fine tuning was achieved via online meetings. We have now been working with Sam for 6 years during which time he has provided timely remote support and further online training for our web site administrators.

I run an insight consultancy called The Insight Strategists. Having consulted a creative agency over 3 years ago to create a new brand identity for my business, I needed help with creating a website and didn't have a clue where to start. I was introduced by my network to Sam and his team to help with this. Sam was really approachable, he spent time with me to understand my business and my needs from the website and he then put a team together based on this. In December 2020, other work commitments took over and The Insight Strategists was put on hold. Sam stayed in touch with me during this time, even though I wasn't actively trying to drive traffic to the site.

Last summer (2023), I revisited the work that we had done on the website as it needed to be refreshed in line with my evolved business proposition. Working collaboratively with me, Sam and his team took my revised brief and redesigned the website. I am delighted with the results.

There are several aspects of working with Sam and his team that I have found to be really valuable. I appreciate the effort that Sam puts into keeping in touch - it's not a matter of 'job done, we can forget about that one now'; he's interested in where my business is going next. Sam and team created my new website. Before meeting Sam I was in a mess, getting a new website is a minefield of pricing trying to compare like for like, which platform etc ...
