Very professional, friendly and assisted in purchasing the perfect prom dress for my daughter. She loves it and looks fab on her. My daughter throughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to end including alterations of dress. We had no issues. Great service. I highly recommend. Thank you very much

Fantastic!
I popped in today, with my daughter to have a look at some evening gowns. We didn’t really have any idea, nothing in mind, however!
We were greeted by a lovely lady called Glenda, who listened to everything that we said without an assumption or judgement.
Glenda gathered up an armful of the most amazing dresses, which she thought would be suitable and whisked us both off upstairs to try them, ALL, on.
With Glendas positivity and encouragement, my daughter tried on dresses that would normally have been completely out of her comfort zone.
Thank you so so much for being so positive and giving my daughter THE best experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Visited today looking for bridesmaid dresses, at first there was no one on the shop floor, so we started to look through the racks... To be then told off for looking at the dresses. The woman was totally unwelcoming and sniggered when the bridesmaid dress colour we wanted was mentioned. We were told that we would struggle to find ANYTHING we were looking for. My mum was told off for walking near the bridal gowns (very strange!!) The whole shop looks like a jumble sale, unwelcoming and very very dark. Would definitely never visit again. Came out of the shop and walked over the road to Special Occasion where Julie was unbelievable.

At the very last minute I needed a wedding hoop to go under my dress Glenda very kindly sorted me out with one .When I came to collect the hoop Mary was in the shop and she helped me try it on, she took great care as I have a back problem. Mary is very caring and professional as is glenda who i chatted to on returning the hoop .If you need a good caring and professional service I recommend you go to Aphrodite

Wouldn't go back. Made a mess of alterations of my wedding dress, and the hired under skirt/hoop was in no fit state to be worn by a dog. Customer service rubbish

Went in looking for a dress, she made us feel very unwelcoming, couldn't get us out the shop quick enough, wouldn’t even let us look at the dresses.
Very rude. Would not recommend.

Went to the shop today had abit of an idea of what i wanted the lady was very helpful and lovely and found my dress ,needs taking out abit which the lady is doing ,cant wait to go back and try it on again.
