Ordered a couple of Dock and Bay towels from Rose & Lyons online after finding them on google as Dock and Bay were out of stock and must say how impressed with the speed of service, ordered late Tuesday night and arrived Thursday morning. Would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful little independent shop with LOADS of wonderful things inside! I placed an order for click and collect and everything was beautifully gift wrapped for me. A lovely collection....went in there today with a pram after a downpour and the owner was funny about me bringing in the wet wheels on her floor, on leaving there was a small 10p size blob of water, brown from the rain..the owner proceeded to get really snotty about me leaving oil? ! from the pram on her floor. Very unwelcoming shopkeeper...sorry but this snotty behaviour should be addressed. Do not ostracise women with buggies. We were going to come back and buy something too. Im keen to always support local business. But customer service needs to come 1st.

Full of neon tat and rude old bags. Most things can be found very cheaply elsewhere so expect to be one of many with anything you buy there, but to have paid the most for it.
