I have been a customer for many years and always receive excellent service. Shop is always well stocked, clean and inviting. Staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Service given during at the height of 'lock down' was fantastic, adhering to strict government rules, however able to always fulfil my horse feed requirements. Well done team!

I was really looking forward to re-visiting the saddlery, as I was previously impressed with what the shop had to offer! However, I was extremely disappointed when on my return visit, I was made to feel as if my custom wasn't wanted! I was extremely angered by the staffs rude and nonchalant approach to customer service (although to describe it as "a service" would be wrong!) staff sitting and talking whilst I was waiting for help, and when I eventually did get someone's attention, they were dismissive and offered me no advice or help in getting the right product! I certainly won't be returning, and certainly won't recommend to like minded friends!

Always have great service from the team here. Great selection of products both for the horse and the rider. Super fast replies to emails especially when asking about items in stock. Saves a wasted journey.

Received poor/little service from the staff. When we got greeted the staff just sat in the office only to come out because there dog was barking. I stood waiting and waiting to be served, before I eventually got there attention. I ask for some help finding a product, really helpful response of 'well we normally have them'.
It has to be the most organised tack shop I've been to. They have a huge amount of buckets, tools, brushes etc at very reasonable prices. They must have just skipped on the customer service training.
I won't be revisiting and wouldn't recommend. Regret spending my money if I'm truely honest.

I visited Equisense on an off chance and was impressed by the range of products available. There is a variety of clothes, rugs and feeds available. Customer service is friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.
