We recently had our family bathroom and en-suite replaced by Aston Designs. Ricky and Gill were both very helpful. Gill spent a lot of time with us, working through the design we wanted and making sure that the project was progressing suitably until ultimately we got we got two rooms that are better than we had hoped for. All the fitters are excellent (Johnny in particular) and they made sure that they understood what we wanted and delivered exactly that. As with all projects we had the odd issue arise which needed to be worked through, which Gill did so courteously and promptly. They're not cheap but as a result of using them we now have two lovely bathrooms and so we'd definitely recommend them.

Aston Designs stripped everything out of our old bathroom including lighting, cupboards and flooring and replaced it with a bright, modern and much more functional bathroom in the small space available. Their help with the design was invaluable and their fitters were very professional, overcoming the usual problems of old houses that have had many changes over the years.
The resulting bathroom is unbelievable and is still a pleasure for all the family to use one year on.

They came and installed it, all COVID safely, and we love the end result !

tldr; Aston provided an end to end service to remodel our ensuite bathroom We would not hesitate to use them again.

This started with a design service that included sound advice based on evident experience of what works and what doesn't. We felt we could be confident in accepting the recommendations made in terms of products and colours etc. After completion of the project we are even more delighted with the choices and the quality.

The bathroom was installed by two very experienced gentlemen who completed the work to the highest standards. They replaced the floor, which now feels extremely solid where the old one was creaky. The finish on the work is completely flawless. They rectified some faults with our aging plumbing and heating system, and had to struggle with some previous horrors like the bathroom having two layers of old tiles that even covered the skirting boards!

There was one small snag - the hand basin had a very slight leak, which took a couple of weeks for us to notice. This was put right the day after I mentioned it.

We approached Aston Designs of Newport Pagnell for a kitchen design and install quotation, following a recommendation from one of my wife's friends who was extremely satisfied with their work on her kitchen refit . From the outset, we were extremely impressed with the design approach and attention to detail, especially on things we would not ourselves have considered. The on-screen design tools gave a real feel for how the final kitchen would appear, and the design included options from two different top quality manufacturers, one British and one German. Cost was always going to be a consideration and I'm pleased to say we ended up with a superb product at a highly competitive price. What we particularly liked is that we were not given any 'hard sell' with discounting inducements, but just straight and honest pricing, and comparisons between products.
Installation went extremely well. This was a large kitchen and utility room, with a lot of work involved. The work started on time and was finished within the 2-3 week estimate. The installation team was highly competent and went about their work in a skilled and considerate manner. Where choices needed to be made on various points of detail, we were always consulted and received good advice when it was difficult to decide. The impression throughout was that they wanted us to be happy with every aspect of the installation, down to the smallest of detail.
In all, we are 'over the moon' with our finished kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend this company or indeed re-engage them on any further kitchen or bathroom work.

I have had 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom from this company. I was very pleased with the result of the first job they did so contracted them again when I required my second bathroom refurbishment. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

There are so many options on the market when you start looking for bathrooms that it can be bewildering. The designer understood our specification and quickly narrowed down the choice to a few recommended baths and taps. The installation process was on-time and efficient. The installers made very nice job with great attention to detail.

The real test is that months after the work was completed I still enjoy a feeling of satisfaction when I enter the refurbished bathrooms.

Aug'18 Update.
I had a minor problem with one of the fittings used in my shower (unrelated to how it had been installed). Due to Ricky's good choice of supplier (Matki in this case) there was a 5 year guarantee so the part was replaced immediately without quibble or charge. Thank you again Ricky.

First time for us replacing our home kitchen. Needless to say anyone doing so will realise it's very tricky partly because there is such a wide variation in suppliers, pricing, offers and quality. Every supplier also is able to justify why they offer the best service, product and price etc.

For us it came down to the interaction of the individuals and how they dealt with us and ultimately our conclusion of what 'value for money' was and what we therefore consider a sensible budget for our project.

We were recommended Aston by someone who had already dealings with them which was positive and from the first meeting, the skill and patience shown throughout the entire project made a complex design and delivery such a big difference. What we particularly admired was a fair comparison (positive and negative) against other quotes we had. Aston from a value for money perspective suited our budget, met our requirements and gave us the confidence that they would be able to deliver and provide the customer service. The other thing to note, that there are always some tweaks and things as a consumer you would not think of and Aston throughout recommended and did to provide that high quality finish.

We were very happy overall and have had no issues since. Highly recommended.

Aston Designs fitted our kitchen over 3 years ago. We had brilliant service at the time and have recently had a problem with the underfloor heating. They helped us find the information to send to the manufacturers which resulted in a new thermostat. 3 years down the line and still receiving excellent service. Thank you
