Can't fault Shane at all, explained the whole process, the move happened really fast (considering we had a Sunday and a Bank Holiday), ironed out the user errors and made sure that everything was how I wanted it. Very professional, very helpful and also very tolerant and understanding when working with a very un-techy customer!

The team at Blinkweb are a beacon of what a great hosting company should be. Not fronted by an enormous parent company which enables them to react to customer enquiries promptly and with detail.

I've had accounts with most of the usual big names in the hosting world and for the most part dealing with them for accounts such as mine with multiple sites and services always seemed like a chore.

If you are looking for simple, easy to navigate hosting that can cater for all levels of technical ability then look no further. Even configuring SSH access is secure, straightforward and for me at least lets me move around the sites in a familiar way. There is of course a full feature UX experience too.
