As the project developed they took on additional tasks like helping me create a new fresh logo, and taking care of product photography. These were not in our original agreement but were executed brilliantly at a very reasonable cost. Our relationship with boxChilli started with the re-design of our website over two years ago. With a hugely successful implementation and great feedback since, that relationship has developed and strengthened and boxChilli now manage our SEO and social media. Despite communication with their Client Liaison being almost daily (nothing like a demanding customer!), all queries and requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. Access to their CRM system Asana, allows me to see all updates and communicate effectively; an invaluable tool from a customer’s point of view.

We also work with boxChilli for non-web tasks such as business cards, catalogue covers and brochure designs. The designs are modern and fresh and have given us the opportunity to improve our branding. Our initial briefs are clearly understood, carried out and then improved – with their designer providing ideas we’ve not even thought of.
