Plenty of choice of alcohol, chocolate, make-up, toiletries etc. (See photos)

Unfortunately the make-up sections don’t seem to be as well stocked as they once were. As twice now they’ve been out of the colour or thing I wanted (lipstick, nail polish).

Perfume still cheaper here than outside duty-free but some make/up is often on offer in the UK stores and chocolate can certainly be bought cheaper in supermarkets in the UK.

But well stocked and better than a lot of duty-frees I visit abroad.

Staff friendly and never found them rude as other reviews imply (and I often come through here and purchase).

Although the website isn't great, the staff at Stansted Duty Free were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I got a good discount at Jo Malone. I was unable to get an item online but was able to get it with the same 10% discount at the airport. Win.

Absolutely terrible airport and duty free staff have no customer service skills at all and are unhelpful you have to service yourself. This was all between 16:00 - 16:40 3rd October. Chanel beauty stand is terrible the blonde white young lady with acne knows nothing about the products I was having to correct her when she almost sold me the wrong item. She applied a product to my hand at the Chanel stand and I could smell snail mucin as I’m allergic and she took no precautions for that whatsoever. Kielhs stand nobody was there to assist and had to ask help from Bobbi Brown stand when they were reluctant to help as “the guy who works here will know if I touched something” ? What is that about ? I had to service myself on all these stands as nobody has product awareness and I’m having to Google each item to know if I’m allergic ? Have left a complaint online also through the website as this is atrocious.
