Make sure you have the right change. Lots if things priced with .99p on the end, but they never have any penny's. It isn't the amount, it's the fact it seems deliberate and a common occurence. They just rip you off.

Excellent customer service! I had to unwrap a parcel I was sending as my toddler had kindly added her own things inside ‍♀️. The man in the shop re packaged it for me! Talk about going e extra mile ☺️

I have just starting going to this Store at first to drop parcels off. The gentleman in the store were amazing they helped me as I was not sure what todo. The store is also has a really good selection of food items and so on. Such lovely friendly people. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Do nothing but make excuses to not accept Hermes parcels. Always the younger lad turning you away when it’s not convenient to him, this is the second time now I’ve gone in and he’s made an excuse to not take it. The first time apparently the printer had broke even though there was plenty of parcels there and the second time “he didn’t accept parcels after 3” well state that on the website then instead of messing people around! The shop is open till late and even states that that on the Hermes website that that’s how long you have to drop off your parcels! Won’t be using your poor excuse of a drop of station again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
