Liked: The whole place. Great choice of pitches. Clean and well looked after grounds including the toilets and wash facilities. Excellent farm shop with cafe/bar attached. Very sociable and friendly. All the staff are really nice. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all an excellent adult only site.

One of the best campsites we have ever been to. Warm welcome on arrival. All the staff have been so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Good choices of pitches, beautiful countryside views and peaceful surroundings. (Some road noise but not an issue). Shop , cafe and restaurant well organised and efficient. Food delicious and a treat to have such a choice on a campsite. An organic farm with great ethos and wonderful fruit, veg and flower stall. We will definitely return to this friendly oasis.

A last minute end of season trip for us. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly, the pitch was very large and each had their own electricity and water hookups. The pitch was also gravel and very handy for end of season weather. It is rather close to the main road and there can be traffic noise of course but I’m sure if you were in a glamping pod this wouldn’t be the case. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We didn’t manage to eat or visit the shop as we did go in the last available day but it did look absolutely great. We did also take our dog of which they understandably accommodate well behaved, on lead dogs. We will be sure to be back next season!

Liked: Love this place. We tried the spa for the first time (have camped here many times before) and it was amazing! Will be a regular for our visits now. The Friday night hot stone steak was brilliant too.

Facilities are always spotless and the team are all really welcoming.

Liked: Quietness of site. Great sized pitches. Facilities very clean. Dog field great. Restaurant, farm shop absolutely amazing and staff were really friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Disliked: Stones on hard standing pretty large.

Liked: We’ve had an amazing time staying at the campsite. The facilities were spotless and very well equipped. There was a dog off leash area perfect for our little cockapoo and the shop/restaurant had everything we could’ve hoped for.

Disliked: Some “electric” pitches were very big distances away from electric power supplies which meant we had to get an extension for our already 15m mains cord. Also the motorway is relatively close to the campsite so if you’re looking for somewhere completely quiet this might not be the best option.

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed ? A lovely place , with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Just had coffee and a mocha this time and both were delicious. Sat on the veranda in the sunshine - what could be nicer? Looking forward to going again, as definitely on our list of favourite places to go.

Liked: We had a lovely first stay in a new (to us) caravan. The site and cafe staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The site is set in beautiful countryside and the atmosphere was tranquil. The facilities were clean and tidy. We will return.
