I've done my servicing, MOT, and a few other bits for my car and van, all done well and at a great price. But to top it off these guys have gone out of their ways and saved me a couple of times when I had a flat battery and today when I had an engine light come up as I was about to go on a job. It was a common minor issue thankfully and they sorted it out for me in minutes at no cost to me, I was blown away by the kindness as you don't see it very often these days. I would recommend them every single time. They really look after you, even offers you a cup of coffee or tea whilst you wait. Cheers for everything guys.

The garage was found on Who can fix my car not knowing I already had the number on my contact.
Matt has been excellent from the first contact as he explained everything to me.
He even offered a service for one of his colleagues who lives in my area to pick up my car which most garages do not offer.
He always updated me at all time from the time the car arrived the garage to the time the car was finished. The communication was top notch and clear explanation.
I will definitely keep their contact and referred them to my contacts if in need of a garage to repair their cars. He explained that their work is guaranteed and if any issue to contact the garage. ?

I have had my vehicle repaired and serviced for past 4 years at VRS since moving to East Tilbury in 2020. My vehicle broke down travelling to Bristol and due to my recent move to Kent thought that it makes sense to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic that is close to my new home. The mechanic in Kent estimated that the repair work would cost me over £8000.
The price in my opinion was over inflated and needed to get a second opinion.
I got my vehicle towed from Kent to VRS. They efficiently gave me an estimate which was over 8 times cheaper than my previous quote.
I highly recommend VRS for their honesty, and efficiency. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and repaired with VRS. Even though i now live over 40 miles away, I believe that a good trustworthy mechanics are very hard to come by.
