Shop is looking good, and hours have been extended. It’s a shame that the Post Office is not open when the shop is open and is a missed opportunity.

The only post office we will use! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, they’re always willing to help and never seem to resent their jobs which seems to be a common theme across other post offices in Eastbourne. The prices in the shop are all low, even the American sweets and drinks aren’t overpriced like everywhere else. Fresh eggs and bread are definitely worth adding to your basket. Would 110% recommend!!

My experience at this Post Office has always been 5*. The young man who works there is extremely knowledgable, friendly and patient. My parcels and letters are always delivered safely from this post office. I would rate it higher than five stars if I could. I go out of my way to drive to this post office, despite being closer to a couple of others, simply due to the customer service I receive!

This is a traditional post office in every sense, charming staff with an attitude that makes you feel like a unique customer. With speedy service and a good range of convenience goods.

Today at 14.19 pm I brought a brought a package weighing 60grams and my stamp which I had in my draw said 2nd class 100grams. When I entered the first thing I asked was If the stamp was valid and this lady (not the usual ones,who are always helpful and polite) working there, said yes but not the special delivery stamp which I said I did not stick on as it was from the sender to which I was sending it back to. When I asked for a tracking number and the amount, she said £3.20. wpWhen I queried this she said "it only covers 60pence sweetheart" I then asked how much would it cost me to send it not signed for but with a tracking number as she said "so do you want it tracked with a signature or what!. Whilst I was explained this as s her manner all the while was patronising and the "my love she used was too, she said to me that I was being rude. I then pointed out that she was being rude and patronising and she needs to work on the customer service as s when she asked if the stamp was used, I was I had asked when I came in if it was still valid and she said "No you didn't and I replied "you did and like a child she said Yes you did.

Terrible service, very childish and patronising attitude.

This post office is run by a young couple they’ve improved the store no end! It’s clean provides everything you need at a great price! Plus they are very friendly... I highly recommend
