Possibly the best airsoft store in the UK, never had any issues with my purchases and I've spent £hundreds, always delivered when they say it'll be delivered, next day in most cases. Keel up the good work...

Got to be the best business I have ever used to buy modification parts from. So efficient even when it comes to customer service too. Some company’s don’t make your custom feel valued but the guys at Empire certainly do. If you’re considering using them I strongly suggest you do because you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Great service (above and beyond) ordered a few parts, made a mistake on the order emailed late Sunday night if I could swap something in the order and pay the difference. Quick response back from Kenny (got it sorted) and delivery came next day. Will be using this service again in the future.

The best airsoft shop out there.
Braught a product for a friend’s birthday that didn't fit so was unused. I was able to return it with no hassle 3 weeks later.
Great customer service via their Facebook team. Will be using empire from now on keep up the good work

I'm extremely impressed with Empire Airsoft with how fast they dispatched my order and also the patches they included!

I ordered my TM Mk23 late at night on the 11th, it was dispatched on the 12th and arrived on the 13th. The shipping cost was below average only being 6.99 and the price of the RIF was cheaper than all the other sellers i looked at.

In the order instructions i asked if they had patches, a bit of a gamble but if you don't ask you don't get! Empire Airsoft did not disappoint and included 2 high quality patches one black and one bright orange, both of which are going straight onto my kit!

Thankyou guys so much for such a great experience, ill be using you again, i currently have my eyes set on the AAC TAC10 pre-upgraded rif!
