Really lovely helpful people, customer service goes above and beyond.
Have ordered many parts and have always been met with experience and advice with both the ordering of parts and the fitting of them when a more local garage is fitting.

Over the last 5 years I've bought loads of stuff from ESM.. I'd say 99% great.. I think a repair panel was a bit shall we say 'not up to standard' but all else very good..
Recently fitted the anti-roll bar kit.. not a bad job but was a bit surprised by the plastic mounts... first serious pothole it shattered... emailed esm with photos. .. replacement blocks turned up next day... when fitting discovered more damage.. the Nepal mounting plate had lost the captive nut.. phoned esm... replacement turned up next day..... I'd call that great customer service... many thanks

Just bought my first moggy minor and needed a new sealed beam. After ringing decided on a replacement bulb type sealed beam (pair)and two chrome bezels. Really helpful and nothing to much trouble. They were here the next day and fitted. This will be my first place to go for parts. First class service.
