Horrific experience working with GEE UK / Expandly. So much inventory is being lost with zero accountability from their side. Shipments were never received and they cannot provide proof that they boxes were actually shipped out but you are still expected pay the fees because according to them everything is accurate on their end. They lost hundreds of inventory and there is proof that their numbers to not add up with incoming bulk versus shipping out units. They do NOT care at all. They just shrug things off and say this is policy. Their numbers on Mint Soft is accurate. Toni and Millie are awful and do not even attempt to see it your way. It's literally they are right, period.

We are leaving and cannot tolerate this anymore. We are leaving, speechless.

Excellent Service! Cheeky Zebra is an online greetings card company and we use Expandly to manage our orders across four sales platforms. Having all the order information in one place and being able to mark as shipped on the platform has saved us lots of time in processing orders. Customer support is incredible - queries are usually resolved within a couple of hours

I can not warn enough. They seems very nice people and nice software BUT they said that they are integrated with royal mail and they were not. they blames a third party and said it will be fixed soon, than said it will fixed in few month. I verbally explained over the phone that we will need to move to a new software We paid a yearly tariff and only used it for few weeks on their trail yet they refused to refund us from a yearly pay.
Do not trust or deal with them. Managed very badly

Contacted me via my personal mobile number to cold call me. Said they got my number from a database but have obviously not followed GDPR guidelines to ensure data privacy laws for personal information was being upheld. I will be reporting them. AVOID!

I’m not the most techie of people – despite selling online – but I had read about multichannel management software and knew that this was the route I wanted to go down and research. Expandly appealed because:
They offered assisted set up (which was an absolute delight and I’d recommend a thousand times over).
The website was appealing and made it all seem simple (which it is) &
when I rang to discuss what I wanted and how they could help they were just genuinely really nice and helpful people (Gary especially).
Not being a huge techie, I like companies that have a people aspect (and personality) and Expandly have this. The assisted set up was wonderful and worth every penny (and in comparison to other providers I contacted it wasn’t really that many pennies). I can’t fault them.

Great product and company. Been using Expandly for 2 years and the support has always been first class when we ever had an issue or question.
You can easily link all your products between ebay/Amazon/website (woocommerce, shopify etc).
There is no programming or technology knowledge needed, the software does all the work for you once you link the accounts together.
You are also able to link your sales and products into certain accounting software eg. Xero as well as postage platforms like Royal Mail.
