Stood at the till today with an item to buy. Women behind the till steadfastly ignored me, didn’t even make eye contact. Terribly occupied putting something together as a parcel. Wasn’t even serving another person. I put the item down and walked out. Bought it online for half the price. I don’t know how businesses expect to survive if they cannot even offer a basic level of service.

I bought a lovely dragon bone plant from there and everyone at the counter were very helpful. I only bought one plant but everything else was so enticing! Its a great shop and I would recommend it if you are looking to decorate a house or room.
