AVOID THIS RIP OFF SHOP AT ALL COST. I WENT IN THIS MORNING TO BUY A LARGE SHOPPING BAG FROM A STACK THAT WAS MARKED AT £4. THE SELLER TOLD ME IT WAS £5.99, WHICH I DISPUTED. HE THEN PULLED DOWN THE PRICE STICKER OF £3.99, WHERE THE BAGS WERE STACKED. NONE OF THE BAGS WERE MARKED AT MORE THAN £4.00, WHATEVER SIZE. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ILLEGAL.

very bad customer service... we went back there after few minutes of finding out the item we bought was broken, but he insisted that its our fault. How on earth will we break something in few minutes, for the price of 40 pounds?! the wheels were actually flimsy, we also almost lost one wheel of the trolley we bought few blocks away from the store, right after we made the purchase and still its our fault. There's no option for 0 star for this review, unfortunately.

Absolutely disgraceful. By the way, hand sanitiser is only a stop gap, people are learning that good old soap and water is the best deterent and the disposable gloves are useless too. Only been in this shop a couple of times and their attitude reflects on what they are doing now

This outstanding gift shop is a family run business with the customer as it's fote. They really do hav an incredible array of gifts and things and all with very competitive prices BUT reader lol what i lovvvvvvvv about this gift shop is that it's right smack next door to macdonalds restaurant?
