Be careful when booking. I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email and a reminder email nearer the time. When we arrived the shop was shut and no one was there. We waited outside and called and no one answered. I never received a call back or explanation and very disappointed.

I have gone passed Valentia so many times and admired the stunning dresses that would be displayed in the shop window. So as soon as I got engaged, I knew that was the place to go! Jools is so wonderful and talented. She makes you feel so comfortable and special throughout the whole process! She knew exactly what would make be feel beautiful as a bride and I ended up choosing her option over mine! I highly recommend her! ❤️

Their booking system got messed up and I was left waiting outside for half hour before I gave up (with my pregnant bridesmaid). Doesn’t matter though, cos although their website states sizes 0-30 they only carry up to a 16 in sample so what’s the point.

I always feel and ease and happy when I’m in the shop.
The shop is amazing! The dresses exquisite, and the owner incredible!

From the day I first stepped into the bridal shop, I knew I had found the one. Jools had done an absolutely amazing job with the dress, altering it to include the elements I wanted. I was honestly so worried about trying on dresses as I’m very insecure about my body.. but I had the best experience! It was such a confidence boost and she is absolutely lovely! Made me feel at ease the second I walked through the door! Whenever I’ve felt worried or had any questions the responses have been super quick and helpful. I would 100% recommend anybody to come here and in fact have already recommended many friends! My sister also got her wedding dress here and was the person who recommended me! 10/10!

What an amazing experience!! I came to this beautiful shop to find my prom dress and got that and more. The lovely lady Jools did everything she could to help, and I left with a beautiful dress! I can't wait to show them off now. Thank you so much for all your help. HIGHLY recommend this shop!
