Small business place but very handy for local area shopping.
Usually quite busy during the day, quieter on a Sunday but a lot go to the McDonalds. Ample parking, electric charging spots available.
Can be a bit a mare getting out the car park onto the main road (Holderness Road) which is always busy with traffic going in/out of the city centre.

Horrible place to get parked. The entrance is regularly blocked by inconsiderate drivers using the McDonald's drive through. Then you only have 1.5 hours to get shopping done. Chaotic parking with drivers not knowing which way to go. Better places to go with better quality shops.

A very busy shopping area. A poor layout of the car park means that it creates traffic jams at the entrance and I avoid parking in there. As I was walking it was no problem accessing the Home Bargains shop, which I like. Home bargains stocks most everyday household items at reasonable prices. It is a very good shop. There is also a Macdonald's with drive through, which is the cause of a lot of the traffic problems, but as I never eat that type of food it is of no interest to me.

Parking isn't free only free for upto 90 minutes parking signs are hidden. Disgracefully

Fool off food pick up drivers or people eating McDonald's you want to go to home bargains or pound shop can't find a place to park McDonald's traffic causes a night mare to get in and out
