Love this store, the staff are amazing ,always pleasant & polite ? Rick always has a genuine smile and is so helpful, I always struggle when sending parcels & the staff assist without any sign of impatience! That takes some doing.

Useful and convenient shop just off the main 'strip' of Flemingate, and next/round the corner from the 'Premier Inn' hotel. Has good range of food and items for a convenience store. Also has newspapers and magazines - only store for these items in this part of town. The store is slightly tucked away so often not found unless you're looking for it...

Been today for the first and last time and that is solely due to the absolutely terrible service I received! If you don't like serving customers and find it impossible to say hello, thank you or goodbye, or even like waiting 10 seconds while someone quickly packs their bag before you shout over their heads "Is anyone waiting to be served" in an annoyed tone, then maybe you should rethink your job choice.
