Such a fantastic shop - it’s like walking into a friend or family member’s store - Jo genuinely wants you to find something that will make you look great. I was in a bit of a time crunch wanting to find a pair of trousers for a party - finding trousers for my body type is not easy! She spent a lot of time picking out items I wouldn’t have picked for myself but she could see they would suit me. Not only did she find a pair that looked amazing - she found two! She also offered to make alterations for me to shorten them AND to turn them around in time for the party within basically a day! She’s amazing and her shop is beautifully curated with fab pieces from sustainable brands. Highly recommend it! Thank you so much Jo for finding something so fabulous and turning the alteration around so quickly!

Such a positive experience ordering online from Form SE15! ✨ I'd been struggling to find my size in some Good News sandals and didn't know what to expect ordering from a small store 100s of miles away. However, my order arrived incredibly quickly, and was packaged beautifully. Customer service couldn't have been more perfect and I'll order again soon.

Amazing experience. Customer service was waaaaay above topnotch. I had been looking everywhere for a Picnic Print Playsuit by LF Markey in my size, and I just could not find it! When I finally DID find it on the Form SE15 website, I did a little happy dance! I live in the US, and I had difficulty paying with Klarna---the screen kept saying "error." So I went to Form SE15's official Facebook page and messaged them about my problem, and I got such a quick and helpful response! They figured out what wasn't working and why, and I was able to make a successful payment with my card instead. I felt like I was standing right there in the shop and talking to the owner, that's how amazing the customer service was! It seriously felt like I was right there in London! The clothing was shipped immediately and arrived quickly and in perfect condition! It was like a little dream come true! I seriously couldn't be happier with this shop. I get compliments on my new outfit all the time! It's such an amazing piece of clothing that I will cherish for years and years.

A treasure of a shop! Jo is always so friendly and enthusiastic, and there's always something of interest at many price points. She stocks an amazing range of goods, from soap to stationery and doorstops to raincoats. She's constantly adding new clothing labels for both women and men, all combining edgy fashion with a strong ethical profile. Well worth a visit, in person or in cyberspace.

I saw an unusual and lovely pair of Kleman shoes on Form SE15's website and ordered them. They arrived beautifully packaged and wrapped and are just as exquisite as they looked onscreen!
