I just want to thanks Approved Car and Finance as I put a deposit down for a car which I wanted to buy but after I change my mind to another one as the first one didn’t suit my needs…due to unexpected situation I had to cancel the purchase and they tried to help me with this.
So they understand the situation and they promised that they will refund my deposit back to my account.
Pete, one of they salesman’s, was really kind and helpful, thanks Pete.

I would give minus 10 stars if I could and most certainly recommend customers stay away from this company. We are not the first customer to be treated with very poor services and sold a van that was not fit to be sold. We have lost money and don't want anyone else to and we have reported this company to Trading Standards and provided evidence to Trading Standards to protect others. We have read other reviews on their website with similar issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Overall happy with the purchase of car. Disappointed a deposit had to be placed on the car to even test drive it. The paperwork was pretty sparse provided with car. The car itself was tidy and presentable. Peter was friendly and did his best to reassure myself and partner they would do right by us as we have been stung in the past with another garage. Lots of cars to choose from and fairly priced.

Received fantastic service from Peter Caroll. Purchasing experience was smooth. Pickup was delayed by a couple of days to ensure vehicle was serviced ahead of handover; however, this was agreed beforehand and I was kept informed on progress throughout. Very happy to have used this dealership.

Or even 6 stars (without exaggerating), for: excellent customer service, good old fashioned work ethos and the quality of the car preparation as high as possible.
I recently bought / collected my van; all the necessary checks - done for me and the trivial few issues - fixed (without wasting my precious time that I would have spent trying to do it myself) at a very reasonable price and more than a day earlier than I expected.
As actions often speak for themselves, if you need a good quality van, go there and see for yourself. The range of products is wide, the staff professional and the process solid and pleasant.
If only most of life's problems were solved so smoothly!

I recently purchased a van from this business after a friend recommended them to me
Upon arriving myself and my partner were met by Luigi who we found to be really welcoming and knowledgable
Luigi found us a van and was able to ensure it was completely ready to collect and drive away 5 days later
When I came to collect the van I also had the pleasure of meeting Peter (as well as Luigi) and they both made the entire experience so enjoyable that myself and my mum stayed at the showroom to have a cup of tea and a chat about life with them!
I highly recommend this company, Luigi and Peter and will definitely be returning if/when I need another vehicle - I’ll also be telling friends and family about them
